Beta Notice: During our closed beta period, Rebill is free to use. This refund policy will apply once we launch paid plans.

2. Free Trial and Beta Period

Currently, Rebill is in closed beta and free to use. Once we launch:

  • New users will receive a free trial period to test our service
  • Beta users may receive extended free access or special pricing
  • No charges will occur without clear notification and consent

3. Subscription Refunds

When paid subscriptions become available, the following refund terms will apply:

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers:

  • Full refund available within 30 days of first payment
  • No questions asked for first-time subscribers
  • Refund processed to original payment method
  • Account access continues until end of billing period

Pro-rated Refunds

In certain circumstances, we may provide pro-rated refunds:

  • Service downgrade within billing period
  • Technical issues preventing service use
  • Account closure due to our error
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Setup fees or one-time charges (if applicable)

  • Services already fully consumed or utilized

  5. Approved refunds processed within 5-10 business days

7. Processing Time

Refund processing times:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
  • Bank Transfers: 3-5 business days
  • Paystack Refunds: According to Paystack's refund timeline
  • International Payments: May take longer due to banking processes

8. Disputed Charges

If you notice an unauthorized or incorrect charge:

  • We'll investigate and resolve billing disputes promptly
  • Provide transaction details and explanation of the dispute
  • We'll work with you to resolve the issue fairly

9. Service Credits

In some cases, we may offer service credits instead of refunds:
